the hotel was clean. the staff was friendly, and breakfast had good options. the location was close to the train station.
The room was very hot. They gave me a fan, but it didn't help much. the walls seemed thin. the hvac system was very loud all night.

convenient arrangement friendly personnel no air conditioning loud traffic
the room was conveniently arranged and clean. personnel was friendly and helpful (i especially appreciated the quick check-in process).
my room had no air conditioning. i had to sleep with the window open and heard car traffic (it was quite disruptive) and people walking around the area all night.

The staff were very helpful. They gave excellent activity suggestions. The location is central (it's easy to walk everywhere or use the tram). I also got free water and sparkling water from the ground floor. The room was clean and stylish.
My room did not have air conditioning (that was not great). Street noise started early, around 6 am. The walls seemed very thin.

easy check-in good location clean room difficult parking weak fan paid coffee
Check-in was easy, I got my room quickly. The location is good, close to the train station and tram stops, which makes getting around the city super easy. The room was clean, modern, and also very quiet.
The hotel didn't had parking, , made finding street parking hard. The room was very hot, the fan they gave me wasn't strong enough. They also charge for coffee, I do think it should be free.

cozy Stay Near central Station
helpful staff excellent bathroom quiet street
the front desk staff was lovely, and they were very efficient. i found the bathroom to be excellent, it had all the necessities. the location was great, very close to many attractions and services.
it's not cheap, especially the parking, at 53 CHF per day. the parking is in a shared lot, difficult to navigate. some guests parked inconsiderately.

breakfast offered a well-stocked selection that had many choices. the hotel provides a very good breakfast, and it helped me start my day. i found it convenient and satisfying to have such options available.

the location was acceptable near public transportation
my room had no air conditioning it was unacceptable i had to keep the window open because of how hot it was it was too loud to sleep due to street noise a fan was in the room but did not help
